Why is the minimum stay one week?
Our residences are designed for guests who intend to settle in, not pass through — families and professionals who treat the property as a temporary home. A one-week minimum keeps that experience consistent for everyone who stays with us.
How is the total cost calculated?
Rates are quoted per week, not per night. If your stay is not an exact multiple of seven nights, it is rounded up to the nearest full week. Use the calendar on any residence’s page to see the exact total before you inquire.
When is the security deposit due, and how is it returned?
A flat €1,000 security deposit applies to every residence, arranged directly with our team once your dates are set. It is held against damage or excessive wear during your stay and returned after a walk-through following checkout.
How do I pay?
We accept PayPal or cash. There is no automated checkout on this site — once we confirm your dates, we’ll arrange payment with you personally.
How do I check in?
Your choice: seamless, autonomous smart-lock entry, or a personal, in-person key handover. Either way, there is no front desk and no waiting.
Is the exact address shared before I book?
No. For the privacy of our guests and the residence, the exact address is shared only once a booking is confirmed.
What if I need to change or cancel my dates?
Because we book directly rather than through a platform, changes are handled personally, case by case. Contact us as soon as you know, and we’ll do what we can.
